What impacted you when you read the words: living love? Take a moment to draw upon those feelings for your emotions present lessons for growth and development.
Living love? Really? Yes, it is what you are. Your divine nature is love. Even though that is a fundamental truth, it is hard to assimilate. I know it has been for me.
Recognizing that we are one with God, All-That-Is does not come easy for our humanity has created the illusion of separation. The hardest lesson we have is acknowledging our divinity, the Divine Spark within each one of us.
Living love is about unfettered joy, about only allowing what lights you up into your life, about doing away with what is “good enough.” It deals with focusing on what makes you happy and then operating from that place. It allows you to only concern yourself with what stirs your soul and sets it on fire. It lets you review your life under that microscope and scrutinize your relationships, job, surroundings, friends, acquaintances, and lifestyle to change what is impeding your growth.
Have you noticed that when you are happiest, you are on top of the world, exuding kindness, gratitude, love, and appreciation? That is being in harmony with your essence.
Or, do you find yourself experiencing a deeper yearning, a desire to live a richer, more fulfilling life?
Do you often wonder: Is this all there is? How can I make a meaningful contribution? What can I do to make my life matter?
You may not know it, but you have begun the process of conscious awareness which is the understanding that everything is interrelated, and, as such, is part of the Whole, of Oneness. Conscious awakening is nothing more than the realization that God, All-That-Is, Providence, or Spirit is unconditional love. Thus, the essential nature of all that exists is love.
Our journey is to recognize and remember this fundamental principle. As Drs. Mary and Ronald Hulnick in their book, Remembering the Light Within, express: The basic premise of all spiritual teachings is that living our life’s path is nothing more than ascending to higher and greater levels of love. Think about that for a moment. Does not that give new meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in your life?
“All the happiness, success, health, and abundance you experience in life comes directly from your willingness to love and be loved.” – Robert Holden
